Manager of Senac OPEN (Center of Reference in Innovation and Technology), PhD and MSc in Innovation and Creative Economy from the University of Coimbra (Portugal) and specialist in Management, Education and Politics. Since 2008, he has coordinated national and state projects and teams in the areas of Innovation, Creative Economy, Territorial Development, Public Policies, Education, Creative Learning and "Art Thinking" (National Sebrae, Salesian Network Brazil, Firjan House and IST of Senai-DF). Author of the book "(Re)thinking the creative economy", Jabuti Award 2019 finalist.
